SCWGFL [Changes to Respect Reporting]

By Paul Preston

Making it easier to report positive and negative behaviours on a matchday

Following the first SCWGFL Development Group meeting, one of the first changes to be made and agreed by the Management Committee is a change to the Respect reporting process.

Making it easier to identify positive and negative behaviours is one way to make Respect one of our if not our most important thing within the League.

All you need to know is the new email address - respect@scwgfl.com - let us know good things, let us know things that are not so good.

If we don't know about it then we will never know and things will continue as they do so now.

Team Administrators when they complete the match return details are reminded of the new process and look forward to receiving feedback.

Where next?

SCWGFL [Development Group Minutes - October] The first minutes of the development group meeting have been released but can you help us?
Respect [Constant Coaching] Parents want the best for their kids, but by constantly instructing them from the sidelines, they could be doing more harm than good.
