FA [New Youth Respect Campaign]

New Respect Campaign for Youth Football

We received an email direct from The FA today, it says:

Following a fantastic World Cup for the Three Lions, we can’t wait to kick off the new mini-soccer & youth season with you. As we count down to the start of September, we wanted to take a few moments to provide some important updates on The FA Respect campaign.

Ahead of the 2018/19 we will be launching a new campaign ‘We Only Do Positive’ which focuses on the roles of coaches and parents.

Over the past 12 months we have conducted research into Respect with U7-U16s and across the roles of parents, coaches, match officials and players. This research has shaped the new strategic direction for Respect & how we communicate it within youth football.

‘We Only Do Positive’ will be launched in early September and we will be providing you with the following to help you champion Respect:

  • Refreshed codes of conducts
  • Codes of conduct social media videos
  • We Only Do Positive campaign social media assets

Throughout the season we will have a number of different updates and activations taking place which we will keep you updated on.

Thanks for all your help in promoting Respect, we will be in contact at the end of August with more details.
